Bahrain Turf Club Select 6 (the “Game”)
1. Objective
The objective of the Game is to predict the winners of the six selected races.
2. Participation Requirements
2.1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
2.2. Participants must provide a valid CPR or Passport for identification and verification purposes.
2.3. Participants must be physically present on REHC premises at the time of the winner announcement. Any selected winner who is not on premises at that time will be disqualified.
3. How to Play
3.1. Participants will enter their predictions for the winners of the six designated races through the Select 6 website.
3.2. Completed entries must be submitted online.
3.3. The entry will be closed two minutes prior to the start of the first race in the game.
3.4. Participants must provide accurate and complete details. Any misleading information will result in disqualification.
4. Entry Limit
Each participant is allowed only one entry per race meeting. Multiple submissions from the same individual will lead to disqualification.
5. Ineligible Participants
The following individuals are prohibited from participating in the Game:
- Any Licensed trainers/ assistant trainers.
- Any Licensed jockeys/ apprentice jockeys.
- Stewards or any officials involved in race operations
- Employees of REHC
- Individuals under the age of 18
6. Prize and Roll-Over Rule
6.1 Prize: A cash prize will be allocated each race meeting at the discretion of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC).
7. Game Rules
7.1 Winning Criteria: To win, participants must correctly predict the winners of all six pre-selected races.
7.2 If multiple participants predict all six winners correctly, the prize will be equally split among the winners.
7.3 Void Races: If a race is declared void, the prediction of the void race will be considered invalid, and no winner will be declared for six predictions
In this case, the Five Correct Predictions condition will apply, and a separate prize will be awarded at the discretion of REHC
7.4 Withdrawn or Scratched Horses: If a participant chooses a horse that is withdrawn or scratched on race day, the entrant will be automatically given the selection of the most highly selected horse in the race.
7.5 Invalid Entries: Submissions that are incomplete, or submitted through error will be deemed invalid.
8. Prize Collection
8.1 Verification: Winners are required to provide a valid CPR, passport, or any other form of identification requested by REHC in order to claim their prize. Failure to provide the required identification upon request may result in disqualification from the Game and/or forfeiture of the prize at the discretion of REHC.
8.2 Presence Requirement: The winner must be physically present at the REHC premises at the close of the final designated race. The winner will be announced and awarded in REHC Parade Ring five minutes after the final designated race. REHC reserves the right to verify the winner's presence prior to awarding the prize.
9. General Provisions
By participating in the Game, you are deemed to accept these T&Cs and any relevant laws and regulations.
9.1 REHC reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to suspect any breach of these T&Cs, unethical conduct, or any behavior that may compromise the integrity of the game. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected affiliations or relations with racing officials or any person licensed by REHC.
9.2 Modification or Cancellation: REHC reserves the right to amend or cancel the Game at its discretion without prior notice.
9.3 Dispute Resolution: All decisions made by REHC regarding the Game are final and binding.
9.4 Liability: REHC is not responsible for any technical errors, data loss, or any other issues that may occur during the participation.
9.5 Any disqualified participant may submit a written appeal within 3 working days of receiving the disqualification notice. Appeals must be sent to info@bahrainselect6.com and will be reviewed by a designated committee appointed by REHC. The decision of the committee shall be final and binding.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Personal data, such as CPR numbers, will be collected, stored, and processed solely for administrating the Game and verifying participants' eligibility.
10.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
10.3 Data will be retained for the duration of the game and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes.
11. Governing Law
The Game and these T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bahraini courts.
By participating in the Game, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs.
